By placing an order with Thriftysigns.com, you, the Customer, indicate that you have read and agreed to the following agreement in addition to the company policies outlined in our policy pages:

LIMITED LIABILITIES: Seller (Thriftysigns) here expressly disclaims liability and shall not be responsible in relation to our products or services for incidental, consequential, and contingent damages of any kind or nature, including without limitation: damages to persons or property, whether a claim for such damages is based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise; damages due to or arising out of the loss of data; or lost profits.

Thriftysigns' maximum liability allowed is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Thriftysigns shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit.

GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION: Any dispute arising out of, or related to the sales transaction between Thriftysigns and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Thriftysigns and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of North Carolina, Mecklenburg County, to resolve any dispute between them, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. The Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Thriftysigns that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
