Thriftysigns Shipping Policy
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Most custom orders are normally shipped within 4-5 business days for orders paid by credit card, or PayPal. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are counted as recieved on the next business day. Orders paid by check or money order, are normally shipped once payment has cleared (usually 4 business days after receiving payment). Occasionally, an order may be delayed if an item is on backorder, or if the order is a high quantity custom order. Customers will be notified by email if this is the case. Non-custom orders, paid by credit card or PayPal, are normally shipped within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed online are only shipped within the United States. Orders outside the United States, will need to be placed by phone at 866-698-2684 during normal business hours, (11AM - 4PM Eastern Time) for a shipping quote. Orders outside the United States will only be shipped to the verified billing address of the method of payment used. Customers are responsible for duties if any. Shipping charges for international destinations outside North America may be quite high.
Thriftysigns will ship most orders via US Priority Mail. Most orders will arrive in 2-3 business days when shipped, depending on zip code. Large or heavy orders may be shipped via UPS Ground.
Thriftysigns is not responsible for shipping delays out of our control.
Customers will be notified by email with a delivery confirmation, or tracking number when the order is shipped. Thriftysigns does not offer local pickup.
