Just contact us, and let us know you need to send us a file. We will email you back with the email address you can attach the file(s). We do this in order to control spam.
If you created an account, you can log in to your account, and find the order you wish to duplicate under “Orders” in your account page. Click on “View”, then click “View Customized Product”. Once the design is loaded, you can add it to your cart.
If you did not create an account, you can click on the “View Customized Product” link from the receipt you were emailed when you placed your previous order.
You can also contact us, and we will find the order for you., and send you an invoice that you can pay online.
First, you will need to create an account, if you do not already have one. Then, after creating your design, click on the save icon on the left toolbar of the online designer. Name the design, and click save. Now you can view and load your saved custom product from your account. Just click “My Account” at the top right of the website, then click “Saved Products”.
No, you do not need to create an account. Just checkout as a guest. However, creating an account enables you to view order history, and saved designs. Also, an account will allow you to checkout faster in the future.
Orders can be placed online by adding items to your cart, and paying by credit/debit, or PayPal. You can also contact us if you wish to place an order over the phone at 866-698-2684 during our regular hours.
Upon shipping of your order, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track the status of your order here.
Our normal turnaround time on custom orders is 4-5 business days. Large quantity orders may take a while longer. If any items are on backorder, it may add a few days. Shipping USPS usually takes 2-4 days. If you need overnight shipping, please contact us.
