I returned the ‘sign’ for a refund as it was not what I understood it to be a full sized label Roadtrek but was a very small sized label, not suited for the side of the van. I am expecting a full refund to my credit card,

I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with the decals. I will send you a full refund as soon as it arrives. The size you ordered was only 5″ wide, so of course it would not be big enough for the side of a van. I have them available at 22″ wide, which would be more appropriate, but they do cost a bit more.
